Local Pick-up

Orders are usually ready within 24 hours. We will email you with a confirmation of your order and provide pick-up location and time. Please provide a contact number and we will make arrangements when you are available. If you have a specific date in mind or require a larger order, please provide 48 hours notice in advance and we will accommodate your request.

Shipping to Canada

Carriers we use: Canada Post & FedEx.

We currently ship to all Canadian Provinces with the exception of Quebec (temporarily).

Orders are fulfilled and delivered to the Shipper within 48 hours. Shipping timeframes are 3-8 business days from receiving the order, we make no guarantees and accept no liability for longer shipping timeframes. In most cases you will have the option to pay more for express shipping if required.

Most orders over $125 qualify for Free Shipping (not all provinces qualify - see note below).

Please note: Northwest Territories and Yukon must order via email request due to the varied shipping costs by Postal Code/Carrier.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside of Canada. Stay Tuned! This is a project we are working on!

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are dependent on the Postal Code and Province you are ordering from. Before your final checkout, please confirm your shipping rate (some will have express options) and proceed or have a chance to cancel your order if necessary. All shipping rates are subject to change without notice. All pricing, taxes and shipping rates are listed in Canadian Dollars.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking numbers provided by carriers will be updated via email through our order system when available.

Refunds

Cancellation/Refund Policy

We are unable to cancel or refund any orders after the order has been processed and we have completed (fulfilled) your order.

Due to the type of products we have, once the product leaves our store or has been completed (fulfilled) online, we are unable to accept any returns nor apply any refunds.

Please reach out to our team immediately if there is something wrong with your order after you have made your payment and we will do our best to make it right! As long as the order is not already completed and sent for shipping, we can still make changes if necessary. Please provide your name, email address and your order number to info@thesweetestthings.ca.

Temperature

TheSweetestThings.ca & The Sweetest Things Candy Boutique are not liable for damaged products due to weather.  During extreme hot & cold temperatures, we will do our best to pack your order accordingly however we recommend that you do not leave shipping boxes outside in the sun or cold. Please be aware of when your order will arrive and take preventative measures to bring your package inside.
